Our technicians work on machines from twenty tonnes to sixty, in a heated workshop with the lifting gear and diagnostic kit to do the job properly. We pay for manufacturer training, we buy the specialist tools when someone asks for them, and a job that runs late is paid late, not absorbed. Apprentices get a qualified technician beside them from the first week rather than a broom.
